my main topic today is diet as i am still trying to decrease my weight..haha..many of us are having difficulties in managing their weight,,same goes for me..eventhough we kept on wanting to diet,,but then the food, u just can't resist them. DELICIOUS....nyum2...
by the time we finished those meal we would regret having a lot and cause increase in weight...hurmm...wat are we going to do...i've read a few articles on how to reduce fat in our bodies..most of them look da same to me as the contents are the same..1st,,bout da diet we practiced in our daily life..n then,,proceed wit the exercises,,,n bla..bla..bla...
if and only if there is a machine that can reduce my weight in short time,,i would really appreciate it..haha...POCKET DORAEMON>>>>
but then,,it would be impossible...know,,the possible thing is taking the diet pil a.k.a 'pil kurus'...this little pil thing scared me the most eventhough i would love to have a body shape like this..heE~
THE SIDE EFFECT of the pil,,we never know...rite guys...so,,the conclusion here is,,i am really grateful of wat i have now..thanks to ALLAH...ALHAMDULILLAH....
